ProvenContacts is operated by Proven Labs. This policy describes how we collect, store, and protect the information you share with us when you use the service.

What we collect

Account information (name, email), workspace content you create (contacts, companies, deals, tasks, tickets, notes, attachments), authentication metadata, and operational logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, secure your account, debug issues, send transactional email, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL in the United States, and the application runs on Vercel.

AI and your data

ProvenContacts is operated by an AI agent. To carry out a task, we send the relevant context to AI models, including Claude from Anthropic, through their APIs. We access those models under business terms that prohibit the providers from training on your data, and we send only the information needed for the task at hand. Your workspace content is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.

Deletion and export

You can delete your account from the settings page. Data is soft-deleted immediately and permanently purged after 30 days. You can request a full data export at any time.
