By using ProvenContacts you agree to these terms. ProvenContacts is provided by Proven Labs to authorized users only.
Acceptable use
You may not use ProvenContacts to send spam, harass others, store unlawful content, attempt to break the service, or otherwise violate applicable law.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
AI features
ProvenContacts is operated by an AI agent that acts on your data to carry out the tasks you ask of it. The agent runs on third-party AI models, including Claude from Anthropic, which we access through their APIs under business terms that prohibit those providers from training on your data. You are responsible for the instructions you give the agent and for reviewing the actions it takes on your behalf.
Service availability
We work to keep ProvenContacts available, but we provide it on an as-is basis without warranty during the closed beta period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from settings.
